Went out for wings for lunch today. The restaurant advertised uber-hot "Beyond Scoville" wings so being adventurous decided to give them a shot. *hoo!* They were a wee bit spicy but not much of a challenge for me. Meanwhile my fellow diners were trying the same wings and having to gulp water like it was going out of style.;-/
