So back in August, I broke my right hand in a biking accident.

After my injury, my surgeon said my hand healed perfectly. From then until now which is about 5 months later, my hand still hurts like the day I broke it. When I rock my thumb inwards to my palm, a bone juts out of the top of my hand where there was no jutting before the injury. I can't lift anything heavier than a few pounds, I have minimal grip strength, my brace isn't helping and the whole joint grinds and "cracks" when I move my thumb.

Now, I'm no stranger to pain, I've lived with pain my whole life. But I have never broken a joint like this before. The pain is sharp and more often than not catches me off guard and sends me into a fit of rage.

I think in the coming weeks I'll be going to get it looked at, something isn't right.
