Neogens - What are they?

General Species Information -
	
	What is a “Neogen”? A Neogen is a second generation species of the Protogen, which was originally created by Cedar Andrews, created by Aurora Furzin. A Neogen is a more civilian implementation of the combatant Protogens, used as an attempt to make the species as a whole (Prima, Proto, and Neogens) more widely accepted into society...
	As Proto and Primagens were used as combatants and space explorers, the Neogen was created out of a programming mistake that they put into society as an experiment. When the Agency found out how well they were blending in, they decided to give them FREE WILL. This shone a light on the Agency’s better side. Shadowing their militarian side.
	So far, the Agency has only produced a couple hundred of the Neogens into the “wild” and have been pleased by the results.

Biology -

	Neogens follow Protogens closely in terms of biology but with a bit of variation. One variation is that Neogens have 2-9 tails commonly, two pairs of ears (one mechanical, one biological), and completely removable armor for maintenance. The visor is also sleeker and they have the ability to camouflage and read minds.

Other Facts - 

	Neogens have the ability to program OS systems, as well as modify their own. This makes them a formidable employee when in a tech job.
