QUESTION
why the names, ive been in the fandom for over 2 years now and STILL don't know the reasoning for calling ones self a whore, a slut, and anything else along this lines
I get after both syn motenagro and Sapphire Fae Azsari for it and I feel like it's my fault because I feel they think it's what I want, I just want my girls to love themselves and treat themselves with respect
can someone PLEASE tell me the meaning of the names

Women and feminine gay men are trying to and to some extent have reclaimed those words. To them it can mean the same as being called a player, or a stud for a guy meaning that they're sexually desirable. But context is important for understanding.
If they're ashamed of the actions leading to labeling themselves as a slut or whore, that is bad. If that is the case, it's best to remind them that it's ok to have human desires. Anyone who denies that is obviously behind in the times, and probably a little close-minded.
Now on the opposite side of the spectrum, if they call themselves those phrases, and are proud of it, then it's usually a sign of confidence, and should not be discouraged.
