i had paralysis a minute ago but didn't open my eyes so i couldn't see the monster i couldn't move thought and couldn't speak when i tried to call for my mom because i was scared until it was over and i started to speak and call but my mom was asleep so ya my sister wasn't and she wonder i i said nothing and posted this post

Here is a tip for sleep paralysis, think of nice thoughts, the monsters are only in your head, and once you are calm, you could get into a lucid dream

The second time i had one, only though "oh its a sleep paralysis again". Sleep paralysis occurs when only half of your brain is "on" and thats why it generate monster illusion.
