Imagine if you were the pilot of a plane in the middle of WW2 and in the middle of a battle, each time you get shot is depression trying to take you down, there's time you get close to hitting the water but you manage to pull back up. I'm so low rn that I just want to nose dive down directly into the water, to be destroyed...

No, you need to pick up speed and pull up. Theres still a chance of survival despite all of those bullet holes trying to stop you. Don’t ever give up because there’s always a chance, even if you don’t see it :3
