Can you have trigger topics even if you don't have PTSD? (Like lets say you were traumatized but didnt get PTSD) I don't have PTSD but I experienced scary events like s*icide attempts and I even had to talk people out of taking the one way exit. Would I still be able to get triggered by the topic of s*icide?
