Morality question: If anthros and other species existed, would it be wrong for anthros to eat their own species if the animal they were eating wasnt anthro and wasnt sentient or anything

Example: A cow furry eats a hamburger, is that wrong?

Yeah because its cannibalism

I think the gist is in the point you made: “if it’s not sentient”. I think that’s about the debate we (as a species) are having about animal exploitation. It’s all about defining sentience and reducing suffering.
