So I just disabled automatic text to emoji because it got very annoying.
Enjoy your ASCII smiles without an auto-replaced emoji now :)
You may still include standard Emojis in your stuff, of course 🦊
Unfortunately, this did break the ability to use the sites built in emoji picker, but for now that is a small price to pay I believe. Who even uses that anyway. xD
