Yesterday, my parents told me that they have scheduled a three-week-long trip to Spain this summer so that I can improve my spanish-speaking skills while having fun with it. They also enrolled my brother and I in a weeklong class at this spanish-speaking school for foreigners, where I will learn Castilian spanish while doing fun stuff (like getting guided tours of the city, sailing on the Mediterranean, and too many activities to list here). I hope it goes well. Who knows- maybe it could serve as inspiration for a new writing prompt or two.
Edit: I also learned that the city is very inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly. I mean... at least it isn't like Poland or Russia.
