I hate recurring anxiety nightmares! I don't remember what happened though exactly at least. Need dream-catcher to keep me safe!

I defeat my nightmares by dreaming of beating them violently with a heavy weapon, usually an axe. Actually, that's how I solve any anger problems I have as well

That sucks! The worst thing is them being recurrent, it almost feels like it's something personal against you.
