More specifically, a .SVG artist since those are the vector files currently used for emojis. But a high quality PNG would work too. Might just take a second longer to load in.
This applies to the whole site and all the graphics. Things aren't furry enough because I don't have furry artists to contribute! Side note, also can't afford to hire any at the moment as this site does not generate its own income at the time ^^
