I wonder if I should continue with my Humans are not my Heroes rants on Youtube. It feels like all I ever want to talk about anymore is how media feels so narcissistic. I understand realistic media only having human characters, but every time I see a fantasy universe and every good guy within that universe is human and there are all these cool and unique monsters, but they exist just to kill and be killed by humans, I feel more and more repulsed. What happened to Shining Force or Breath of Fire or Suikoden? Games that had all sorts of different good guy characters?

Exactly my thoughts. Why don't we have more media that instead of killing off all these great creatures, has them be the main protagonists? I agree with you, stuff that focuses on humans being protagonists and creatures being side characters or antagonists is just wrong. Be a bit more open and less race-important, peeps

You know what? I've got access to unity. If we can't find games that have creatures as protagonists, we'll f***ing MAKE them
