It seems the one you need is here: http://en.kedei.net/download.html, the one with the LCD_show_35hdmi.tar.gz filename. The steps are all broken English but it basically seems to guide you through sending those drivers there. I recommend ssh if possible, otherwise the update commands don’t make much sense.
