Well that's a bit of a dick move on the shooters part. If you're going to gun someone down, at least get the person right (not that anyone should ever do that anyway)... But at least you're still alive and no doubt the shooter will be going to jail for a while. See how tough he is when he is being eyed up as a piece of manmeat.
