I'm not sure about site rules but I know it's an unspoken rule in any art community to always credit the artist or else the art is automatically assumed to be yours. You don't have to credit yourself but it's probably a good idea or else people might think you don't own the art & either ask you for the artist or steal your art thinking it's free real estate, y'know.

Technically, there isn't. But if the artwork is not your own, it is common courtesy to list who the original artist of the piece is! Always learn to cite your sources :)
