When looking at movies and comparing their sequels with the original, it's hard not to look at them through rose-tinted glasses. But I'mma tell you this: there is no way that the sequels even come close to comparing with the original Jurassic Park. Maybe CG has improved a lot since then but nothing can match the atmosphere, tension and pace of the original. Just watch it again and compare for yourself.
