:o ok wow, things look to have gotten chaotic in the past few hours, i really hope for the safety of this place and those who dwell it. A large part of why i like it here is for its calm and relaxed feel, a safe environment where imaginative goofballs can coexist, as well for its SFW aspect. I feel like i can have a good conversation or share my thoughts without being bogged down and overwhelmed by a flood of mindless posts by those trying to out lewd each other in the feeds. Dont get me wrong, im not perfect myself, and im not against alternative sexual lifestyles and activities, and people are entitled to their private moments, but at the same time there is a time and a place for that, lots of other places, plus above all, consent and legality should be put first, ive been in the fandom since middle school, and ive seen and heard of many meets and forums shut down due to people getting out of control, people arrested because of dishonesty or willfully approaching that which they shouldn't. The younger ones here should be able to feel safe from predatory actions, and the older of us should certainly know better and set a good example for others as well as help keep this place a Safe Haven for all. Mistakes seem to have been made, and it also seems like people are willing to forgive and seek remorse. Best thing we can do is live by example and work together to make this the fun madcap furry experience that we would like to be known for, silly animal antics, fun jokes and a suportive community.
