Here we have something more elaborate. I created this as a gift to a coyote friend of mine, someone with a strong spiritual sense but a fiery temperament, In fact fire is their strongest element. So i based this piece to center around that. The main accent is a design carved from red river jasper, it had beautiful quartz banding as well as its aggressive feel, the peice is bound with Magenta and Gold dyed copper wire, with two 14k golden feather accents that the bearer specifically requested, it was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to set them without hindering itself. Next are facet cut round and tube Lizard skin Jasper, it just had that perfect texture matching the overall theme, a few 24k gold bead spacers to add some contrast along with a few raw shaped but tumble polished Spessartine garnets and finnaly some beads carved from bone amd lacquered with a platinum finish to enhance the amulets shine. All of qhich strung on Bamboo fiber cord. One of my finer pieces i dk believe. If i were to have sold this ir would prolly reach between 300.00- 500.00+ dollars given the materials and labor used.
