so, I just looked up a siren map for where I live as, I've never heard one go off, and, most of them had unknown status, never heard any test, never heard them go off in an emergency (I'm in an area downstream from a dam, so I'm in a flood area) nothing, we have lightning sirens, whatever that means, but again, never heard them go off before, sure, I'm not in a tornado prone area, but still test them damnit
