I am having trouble making a page on here. Every time I try it says the page name already exists despite there not being another page with that title.

I have not tried this since applying updates. I see you were not able to find success in creating your page. I was just able to create a page without any problem. Perhaps the page name you're trying to create matches an existing username? Usernames can not be the same as page names as of now!
