Man I hate feeling this way.. but if i cant drink the pain away it result in worse pain release coping.. Self harming is one option but i strongly don't wish to bleed out pain today.. to early to start scarring my wrists again

I suggest you seek professional help with your current situation- all I can do is empathize with you. I have an irl friend who is a recovering alcoholic who has some relapses every now and then, so I have some experience with people like you.
