Black ceramic with emerald and dragon scale opals.

Ok, ok much better, well better than I expected actually, I wanted to take the other Octo blank and do something more contemporary. I found out I could paint on a layer of the UV resin and it won't harden till i shine uv light on it, and its just viscous enough to stay set long enough to place individual stones, plus i can add coloring without it catching air bubbles since it's such a small ammount. Now originally I was going for the base setting to match the ring and then layer some clear over the top sand it down and have this nice floating void look over a deep green and onyx base. Unfortunately the stuff I used to top the stones ended up clouding and instead I got an interesting wall kind of look, it even looks a bit like stained glass, this opened up a whole host of new concepts to try.
