I finished Crysis 3. I was playing the Xbox 360 version off of the Xbox One X. It does not have enhanced support for the X, but it does run better on the console than it did on the 360. It much more consistently reached 30 FPS. HAving said that, it is not a smooth thirty because the frame pacing is ass. Still, it's kind of impressive that they got all those gorgeous lighting, fog and particle effects on screen with all the tall grass blowing in the wind nad everything without melting the 360.

I ran into a glitch during the final boss. There is a check point about 2/3 of the way through the fight, and after that occurred , After I reached that point, the game did this weird thing where if I changed weapons, jumped or used any of the nanosuit abilities, it would act as if I equipped a ceph weapon with no ammo. My movement slowed to the point where it was like I was crouch walking everywhere, and none of the controls functioned except moving and jumping. Very strange.

I basically had to trial and error my way out of this. I wound up having to kill myself over and over again to try different things to move past the glitch. What eventually worked was finding ammo for my currently equipped weapon and using all that ammo. Only after I did that would it let me play the game as normal.

I do not know if what happened to me is a rare occurrence or not. I hope it is. Still, it did not spoil the game, overall, for me. It's an excellent first person shooter, and I definitely recommend it
