No worries. I will say the layout of the pages works pretty well right now. Can it be improved in places, most likely. The main question is what do you have in mind? Its possible to reduce some of the sidebar elements on the left but figuring out what goes where can be tricky at times. I am still learning what goes best with my own site. Still its a good idea to have a plan of how you want to rearrange it prior to implementing it.

Ask yourself what do you like about the layout of the site?
What don't you like about the layout of the site?
Do others like it as is or do they want it to be changed?
Is it okay from a user experience perspective?
Is it possible to roll back to this previous version if the change doesn't work out the way you intended?
What way do you want the website to look like?

These are a few questions to keep in mind. Major overhauls require a lot of planning and a lot of time in implementing.

One word of warning if you try to do major feature overhaul with a ton of users, you may have to add a new item per user which is very time consuming as it grows by O(n), I know that from experience. While the user base is small this can be pretty quick.
