I wonder how much money a professional beta reader would cost. It feels like I can't get anyone to read my book all the way through, and it's starting to make me feel like a failure. I also feel like I've already sent too many copies of my manuscript to people, and I'm worried the more people I sent my manuscript to, the more likely it could be stolen and dispersed without my permission. I'd like to think most people are too honest to do that, although.
