Well this is embarrassing. haha
Apparently the email server we use locked us out. So all confirmation emails, notifications, etc, were not being sent.
Alternatively, I noticed that our "Contact Us" form was sending emails to our no-reply address, which of course, is not looked at. >_<
I have corrected both of these issues AND manually approved all accounts that were made and not validated which seemed to have furry resemblance the past day or two.
