My car is getting to the point that I must seriously weigh the cost of repairs to the cost of monthly payments on a new one. The Matrix has been one hell of a car for me and I would still love to see it to lunar orbit. but have to face the reality of it not really being worth the $1800 or so to get it repaired correctly. I at least have until the end of June to decide as that is when the NYS Inspection is due. In order to pass it needs the repair, so until then I will look at new cars to help make the decision.
