Someone younger than this greymuzzle has to explain to me why some who get a room for an upcoming con, think your sarcastic when I think it's nice or great? I really don't get it. We have been in basic hibernation for the last year and a half. No fur cons, no nothing, and it was driving us a bit crazy. With things finally getting better and actual talk about things FINALLY getting back to normal. Okay I am excited about going to MFF this year. I swear if I meet up with anyone from the various groups I belong to I would buy them lunch on the first day.

Viewing excitement as sarcasm, I would guess, has been programmed into various youths tl be viewed as such, because people in their lives have torn down what they love doing in an attempt to mold and shape them into a narrow minded view of what "should be." And anything that comes close to showing interest in what the youth enjoys is an obvious attempt to sabotage their fun because it has happened in the past. I know this because I've had to deal with this happening to me as a kid in the 80's and 90's and as a 40 year old, it is hard to reprogram something that has been burned into ypur prefrontal cortex during development. I LOVE that you (or whoever) got a room for a con! I'm jealous! I hope nto have the vacation time to go to MFF this year with my friend and have it be my first furcon ever!!! Maybe I'll see you there!
