This weekend, there's an anthro convention going on in Chicago called Midwest Fur Fest. Of course I'm not there. Used to like going there but the convention got too big for its britches. I hated having to fight through the throngs just to get from "A" to "B".

Last con i went too was in Georgia with one of my closest friends, the pre-opening day registration line was so ridiculously long it was almost comical. Some people seemed like they were stuck in it for the whole day and still didnt get a pass because it closed late in the evening. We had pre-registered but that line was almost just as long. We said "To hell with that, we make adult money!" and sprung for the vip passes which got us in and out in about 20 min, prolly one of the smartest purchases i made the whole time too (chuckles). The second was on the food which couldnt be beat, I'd almost go back just for that, lol.

I attended AC so I know what you mean... my last con was Rainfurrest (yeah that one) and I can tell you that... furcons def get a bit too crowded sometimes for my taste.
