Let's get one thing straight here; I am not! I repeat NOT in favor of equity. People seem to confuse equity with equality. Equity and equality are two completely different things that are totally unrelated to one another. Equity deals with money. Wile equality on the other hand deals with social acceptance for a particular thing.
If any company or corporation says they are in favor of equity, Inclusion and diversity; Just to know that they have clearly left out equality simply because they are not in favor of equality. And that means true equality where everyone is equal regardless of what you came from, What your sexual orientation is, race, gender etc.
And that is completely on purpose of course.
