Context: my current job is using shady tactics to get rid of all the minors by not scheduling them so they quit, what points to this is they are still hiring even though we are overstaffed and me, a friend, and a few other coworkers around my age work 2 days a week (or in total though the whole pay period) or no days at all (me and one other basically have not worked in 2 weeks) my parents and i both agree that it sounds sketchy that somehow it only the minors who are having issues with scheduling ( and also some things the CEO has said about minors also validates that theory (obviously if they’re actually using a tactic im not going to quit because i want unemployment if they fire me especially since i have things im saving for)
